The client identified they needed to communicate with national importers and exporters, as well as technicians at garage level. The priority was to impart training, the latest technology, and new products. In order to get closer to this audience of smaller companies and independent garages, a more down-to-earth, less corporate approach was required.
Content ranged from technician interviews – to World Rally Championship developments and new product launches. It was agreed that a magazine would be the most engaging choice of publication.
TechTalk was so well received by Delphi and their customers in issue 1, that it is now an ongoing publication, translated into 14 other languages. Its global success has led to the development of related online ‘How to’ videos, integration of QR code technology and mobile app development.
